Frequently asked questions
How does the pricing work?
You only pay for emails we actually process and classify. HTML emails cost 2¢ each, and emails with PDF attachments cost 10¢ each. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or minimum commitments.
What counts as a processed email?
We only charge for emails that our AI actually analyzes and labels. Emails that are skipped (because they don't contain deductible expenses) or already have labels don't count toward your usage.
How do I add funds to my account?
You can add funds to your account using Stripe's secure payment processing. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Funds are added immediately to your account balance.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New users get $5 in free credits to try the service. This typically covers processing 250-500 emails, depending on the mix of HTML and PDF content.
What email providers do you support?
Currently, we support Gmail accounts. Outlook support is coming soon. You can sign up for our waiting list to be notified when Outlook integration is available.
How secure is my data?
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We only access emails you've authorized us to process, and we never store sensitive information like email content permanently.
